  Are you talking about an SSL certificate? https://plumbingheating188888943.wordpress.com/ already has https and a padlock as do all sites hosted here at WordPress.com. If you are talking about some unnamed site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to approach your host for advice.

  I made and built the site on here but I bought a domain name at 123-reg and directed my wordpress site to that name http://www.pbplumbingheating.co.uk which does not have an SSL certificate. So I need a CSR for my SLL certificate for that.
  If that makes any sense?

  There is a big difference between sites hosted here such as https://plumbingheating188888943.wordpress.com/ and sites hosted somewhere else (such as 123Reg) that are using the WordPress.org software.

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  
  You’ll need to approach 123Reg about your other site.

  Have you perhaps got some form of redirect in action that’s pointing your WordPress.com site to your 123Reg domain? People usually map their domain here or transfer their site away.
