  How do I generate a CSR through wordpress?

  What site is this for? You do not need to generate a SSL with sites hosted on WordPress.com which is why I don’t believe you are referring to plumbingheating188888943.wordpress.com:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/https-ssl/#how-do-i-install-an-ssl-certificate-on-my-wordpress-com-site

  If you need to set up the SSL certificate with a self-hosted site, you’ll need to reach out to the site host.

  If your site is using the open source WordPress.org software you need to seek help at these forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. Since we do not have access to self-hosted WordPress.org sites, we are unable to provide any direct assistance to your issue. I would reach out to your site host for assistance
