  Please provide us with the URL of the website you’re referring to so that we can point you in the right direction.

  Please note that every WordPress.com site is protected by SSL certificates provided by Let’s Encrypt. You won’t need a CSR as well.
  The process will be automatic and you don’t have to do anything.
