Hi there,
WordPress.com blogs and mapped domains are unable to install an SSL. However, you shouldn’t need an SSL certificate for the public view of your site.
Can you explain a bit more about what you’re looking to do with the SSL or the error message you’re receiving? I’m happy to troubleshoot further!

I am trying to use iframe tabs on Facebook to connect my blog and website contact forms to my business fan page. It said that I couldn’t do it without an SSL. I’m also getting an error from Outlook when I first sign on to my mailbox that there is a security alert so I figured an SSL would help with that.

WordPress.com users are not able to add iframe embed codes for security reasons as explained here:
However, if you would like, you can install a widget on your sidebar that displays your Facebook page as explained here:

Would that work?

Typically, you can use a TXT record to authenticate your domain and avoid SSL issues. Currently, I see you have an MX record in place. Are you following the instructions here for Outlook.com emails?

Inserting the TXT record as explained above should help with the authentication.
