  I want to edit css in my theme. Is this possible or do i have to pay for it? I know people who have done it for free but i cannot find “edit” in “personalize” menu. If i have to pay, how much would it be?

  WordPress.com has the Premium Plan ($99 per year) and the Business Plan ($299 per year) that both include the Custom CSS feature, which you can read about here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/custom-css/

  When you have self-hosted WordPress blog, you can do it for free. Maybe that’s what you heard about?
