  I to function the css to monetize some of my social page.also if I have the income I can help this platform WordPress the privilege that I get.its hard to be alone.and no one can help you.
  But this community open my heart and my mind to think the good things no only for me but to other’s in need.

  Hello there, adding CSS does not give you the ability to run ad networks on your WordPressdotcom website. If you want to monetize your WordPressdotcom site please see this support guide to how to monetize your site. https://en.support.wordpress.com/monetize-your-site/

  In order to run additional ad networks besides the WordAds run by WordPressdotcom, you would need to upgrade to the Business plan. More about that here:

  To upgrade your plan you will need a valid credit card number or PayPal account. Without a valid payment method, you are free to continue to use our free plan but will not be able to upgrade to a paid plan allowing ads.
