hello. I also have a question about customising my pages.I want to reduce a size of each header page ( i mean the blue backround under the name of a page). now is too big. how I can do this. Thank you!

On the background around the breadcrumb menu and title, give this a try and see what you think. Given the layout of that block, it will be difficult to get it much shorter without adjusting the font size of the title itself.

Go to Appearance > Customize > CSS, delete all the informational text in that window, and paste in the above custom CSS.
