Css box containing text and image ?

  hello.
  i’m such a newby.
  I’m using a custom CSS plugin to my wordpress theme.
  I just want to make a border box that contains text and an image, all in the header.
  something like this.

  i can make everythiing work except for the color border,
  I tried #header instead of div but then everything else is lost.

  Hey there, just to be sure, could you send a link to the site you’re having trouble with? I wasn’t able to see one that supports a CSS upgrde on this account.

  In fact, it’d be best to post in the forum for that theme, if possible.
