CSS change display posts

    Hello,

Does anybody know if it is possible in the Premium Plan, which gives you access to the CSS, to change how the [display-posts] shortcode is appeared, in terms of font, the place of the date etc. either in pages or widgets.

    Thanks in advance :)

On top of that, I would also like to ask if it is possible through CSS to change the position of the WordPress.com phrase that exists on the footer, life for instance, if it is located on the left, to put it on the center, or something like that.

  • Hi there,

It’s possible to use custom CSS to style content added on a site using the display posts shortcode. However, the CSS needed to make changes to content added by a shortcode tend to be complex, and we don’t provide support for that level of customization. In other word, you can use CSS for this, but we cannot help you with the code you need.

If you’re not able to figure out the CSS for that type of change yourself, you’ll need to hire a freelance developer to help you with that type of change.

CSS can also be used to reposition elements on a page. As a rule, repositioning elements are also classified as a complex change, but just changing the alignment of the footer links shouldn’t be a problem.
