CSS changes don't appear in blog after they publish

    Hi there. I’m using the Delicacy theme with customization and someone in the forum helped me remove the top nav band. For some reason yesterday, the band reappeared yesterday (I didn’t change anything in the CSS). I compared the previous stylesheets and found the one to restore to the original change, saved the change, and I get a message that the change was published. However, when I open the blog, the top nav band appears again.
    Is this a bug?
    I’m very new to CSS and cannot seem to figure this out.
    Blog I need help with is fearlesshomecooking.wordpress.com
    Thanks so much!

    I was checking around the forums and don’t know if this info is helpful, but I’m on the Safari OS (v5.1.8).
    I don’t know what to do next to fix this issue (and prevent it from happening again, if possible).
    Does anyone have any suggestions?
    Thx.

    I reviewed the http://fearlesshomecooking.wordpress.com/ blog and I see that the following CSS is currently the last thing saved in the Appearance → Themes → Customize → CSS editor:

    #intro {
    	display: none;
    }

    I viewed the CSS via the Appearance → Themes → Customize → CSS panel, and it looked good to me in the live preview.

    I don’t think there’s a bug from everything I can see, but please definitely post back here if you see this problem happen again.
