Could you give me a few more details of what is going wrong? I checked out your site and all of the Social Networking buttons both for your posts and in the sidebar appear to be working.
I also took a look at the other post which you wrote in about (https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/connect-to-your-google-page), and I wasn’t quite sure what you meant. Which google blog page are you trying to link to?

I would like to have the social buttons in the menu, not in the sidebar.

In regards to putting the links to your social media in your menu, that is indeed how it is designed. You will not be able to force the icons or styles into your menu bar, they can only be in the same style as the rest of the menu.
In regards to Google Plus, make sure that you are logged in to the account which you would like to connect to WordPress.com, and then you can navigate to your Dashboard >> Settings >> Sharing and connect to your Google+ profile there.
