CSS Code for one inch black horizontal line
-
Hello,
I am looking for a CSS code for a one inch infinite black horizontal line to run along the top of my website http://www.lifestylesky.com
Also I notices my right widget images all have a curve and are not perfect squares. Is there anyway I can fix that? Also make all the right widget images about an inch larger?
Thank you so much.

Hi there, “one inch” is sort of hard to do on the web because the web works in things like pixels, em units and percentages, and monitors vary on the number of pixels per inch. Give this a try though for your black line at the top and you can adjust the px value as desired.
body { border-top: 100px solid #000; }To remove the border radius on the images in the sidebar, add the following CSS.
.widget-area img { border-radius: 0; } -
Hello Happiness Engineer!
Thank you so so much! I love it! And thank you for explaining the pixels for the black line.
I love that I can make changes and play around with the size.
You are the best!!!
Thank you again!
