CSS code for placing the site title under the logo

    Hi, could someone please tell me what the CSS code is for placing the site title “sustainable luxury accessories” under the logo?

    Hello Petra,

    I’ve tagged your thread to our CSS experts attention. Although I can deal with a bit of CSS myself, I’d prefer you to have the best support for this matter.

    Meanwhile, I was wondering if you have the CSS editor in place, so to be able to paste the CSS code right away? The CSS editor is a feature included in the Custom Design upgrade you might need to purchase in order to do this changes.

    Try something like this:

  color: #ffffff;
  content: "sustainable luxury accessories";
  text-transform: lowercase;
  font-size: 18px;
  visibility: visible;
}

    stefaniamattana – wanted to pass along a couple of little tips! The vast majority of the folks who make their way to the CSS forum do have custom CSS; that’s how they end up here. :) You can also verify if a site has existing custom CSS by viewing the browser source and looking for a link tag with the custom-css-css ID, like the one on this user’s site:

    <link rel="stylesheet" id="custom-css-css" type="text/css" href="https://s0.wp.com/?custom-css=1&csblog=77c7m&cscache=6&csrev=23" />

    Also just wanted to mention that staff doesn’t monitor any special CSS tag, so I’m not sure what you added. ;-) Staff also looks at all threads in this forum so there’s no tag needed.

    Massive thanks @kathrynwp, I was exactly after a quick way of figuring this out. All of these tips are always very welcome as they help me assist people in a more efficient way.

    As for the tagging, I thought that somebody (also among volunteers) would monitor this kind of tags, that’s why I used it. I know the ‘modlook’ is the key one for the Staff – thank you anyway for the heads up! :)
