CSS code help

  • Unknown's avatar

    I was told from support this is a good place to get help! I am looking to get rid of a text and was told that since my theme cannot get rid of the text it can be done by adding CSS code.

    The text:
    PORTFOLIO CATEGORY: MARVEL VILLAINS

    Link: https://adriftmedia.ca/portfolio_category/villains/

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there,

    You can hide this line of text here, under the Additional CSS tab on the left:
    https://adriftmedia.ca/wp-admin/customize.php

    When you get there you will see a text box with some text in it. Create a new (blank) line, and paste in the following custom CSS code

    .archive .title-header {
        display: none;
    }

    Be sure to click “Save Changes” to save any changes you have made and you will see the code has removed the text from “archive” pages such as your portfolio pages.

    Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
