  Hello, I have another question regarding the CSS customization.
  I wonder how do I put Instagram to my blog by CSS?

  You can add instagram photos to your posts and pages as explained here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/instagram/ .

  There isn’t an instagram widget at this point.

  I’m just guessing, but I expect it would basically work on the order of the flickr widget although it may have some extra bells and whistles. That is of course a guess.
