  I am new to CSS and am wondering if anyone can help me out with a design. My site is collegefantasyfootballnews.com. Mainly, I’m looking more for CSS on my mobile theme as it isn’t very functional. Any help would be appreciated.

  Regarding mobile specifically, I see that you are using the Dynamic News theme and that theme uses responsive design. To work with responsive designs and CSS, you need to have an understanding of media queries. This help page is a good place to start:

  I did check out the site on mobile, and it seems functional to me! If you’re having trouble with functionality, note that there is a special forum for Dynamic News where you can get support directly from the theme author because it is a premium theme:
