Here is the CSS Editor: https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/editing-css/
You can adjust the fonts from Custom Fonts module as shown here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/custom-fonts/

chaitanyamsv: Thax for your assistance. I was able to create a css button to “Continue reading” through I would prefer “Read on or Read more”, which I could not change the trigered word for being in the PHP prohibited files. Thax anyway.

Is it a must that Blog at WordPress.com. | The Blissful Blog Theme. must appear on the footer of a premium a/c? Your advise will be welcome.

You can change “Continue Reading” message to whatever you want using these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/more-tag/view-all/#custom-read-more-message
The footer attribution “Blog at WordPress.com. | The Blissful Blog Theme” should always be shown on WordPress.com blogs. It is one of the mandatory terms of service. Check point#11 of Terms of Service.
You can however style it differently as long as it is clearly readable.
