CSS editor is different and cant find original CSS

  The CSS editor is now on the side of my blog when I click CSS – edit.
  There is nothing that says mode: add on edit
  There is no revert to other versions.

  It used to be all grey and looks similar to when writing a page or post. Now Its just a big ugly black bar on the right with my blog on the let…

  How can I go back to the old way to edit CSS???
  Has there been a wordpress upgrade that made this change?

  I want the original CSS for the theme delicacy.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
