CSS Editor – Not working
-
My CSS edits are not working. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I edit the css within the browser and then amend this in the Customise CSS section but it doesn’t have any effect. I also have a WordPress Premium package.
This is my site: https://chikajb.wordpress.com/wp-admin
I’m trying to widen the Twitter timeline widget on the right handside.
I manage to edit the css in the browser and it shoed that this worked:<aside id=”twitter_timeline-9″ class=”widget widget_twitter_timeline” title=”Shift-click to edit this widget.” style=”
width: 183px;
“><h1 class=”widget-title”>Mummy Tweets</h1><iframe id=”twitter-widget-0″ scrolling=”no” frameborder=”0″ allowtransparency=”true” class=”twitter-timeline twitter-timeline-rendered” style=”border: none; max-width: 100%; min-width: 180px; width: 310px;” title=”Twitter Timeline” height=”400″></iframe></aside>But when I enter this into the Customise CSS page this doesn’t have any effect.
Please help.
Thanks,

You can adjust the width of this column with the following CSS:
/* Modify Widget Area Width */ #tertiary { width: 180px; }https://chikajb.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fwp-admin%2F
