CSS expired. Renew CSS = stylesheet reactivated?

  I let my CSS expire. Do the stylesheets get saved? That is, if I renew the CSS upgrade, will my customizations be applied to my layout again, or are they lost (and I have to start over)?

  Yes. They get saved and will be reactivated when you renew.
