  Hi, I can not see the editor menu under appearence to access the CSS file.
  Coud you please advice?

  Hi there,

  It’s not possible to edit the CSS file directly on WordPress.com. To edit your theme’s CSS here you need to add custom CSS in the Customizer, and that is only available if you have the Premium or Business plan on your site.
