CSS file needed to export site to WordPress.org

I am trying to move my site from wordpress.com to wordpress.org and need the css file with the theme when I export it. The theme is a free one called Edin and it is not attaching as part of the download file. How do I make this happen?? I have downloaded the same theme in WordPress.org but it keeps telling me when I try and import my site that the css file is missing, so none of my images etc are coming across.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

As your WordPress.com site’s currently set to private, your media files wont export correctly. This is the reason behind the issue you’re having. To resolve this, could you try temporarily setting your site as public and then rerunning the export? We have a guide surrounding this here:

    Export Your Website’s Content

Once you’ve rerun the export, you can set your site to private again.

Let me know how you get on with that or if you have any extra questions.
