CSS for 2 columns using images
-
May someone help fix the CSS I used on the homepage? Basically, there are two images, and there is way too big a space between them. What CSS layout codes is necessary to move them together?
For the moment, I’ve managed to use this CSS
<div style="margin:1px;width:40%;padding:10px;float:left;"> <a href="https://wordpress.com/post/cultureofoneworld.org/11719/"><img class="size-medium wp-image-158831 alignnone" src="https://randygener.files.wordpress.com/2016/12/final-power-of-mentoring-e1481378407315.png" alt="img_2015" width="500" height="748" /></a> </div> <div style="margin:auto;width:40%;padding:5px;float:right;"> <a href="https://cultureofoneworld.org/2016/09/01/a-new-brain/"><img class="size-medium wp-image-158831 alignnone" src="https://randygener.files.wordpress.com/2016/09/final-tbi-hope-recovery-logo.png" alt="img_2015" width="500" height="723" /></a> </div>The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, given you have used inline styling, my first suggestion would be to change the widths you have set from 40% to something like 43% which will make the images a bit larger and decrease the space between them. You can play with those widths as desired.
Let me know how that goes and we can go from there.
