Im looking for the css to display the portfolio entry title only when the image is hovered over. Thanks!

Thanks for the link! My colleague Laurel helped with this one – give this a try:

.page-id-113 .portfolio-entry-title {
  opacity: 0;
}
.page-id-113 .portfolio-entry-header:hover .portfolio-entry-title {
  opacity: 1.0;
}
