Hi there,
I’m not sure I understand what you mean by “full page template” in this case?
Happy to help once I get what you are after. :)

I purchased the CSS, but I do not understand HTML code. I also was using your live chat service, which was very helpful, but now I hear it is no longer available unless you purchase premium or business.
I love my blog, ALL I need to get my posts to span the entire width of my post page. Not small and not centered in the left hand corner. That is all I need to change.

You can try the following line of code.
#page { margin: 0; width: 100%; }To use the above code, click on your site name on the admin menu at the top left, and in the drop-down, select “Customize” to launch the site customizer. You can also reach the Customizer from your dashboard by going to Appearance>Customize
From there, click on the “CSS” tab, and paste in the code above, and be sure to save your changes when you are done.
Please note that this will be shown in preview mode, but you will have a link to purchase the Custom Design upgrade, which is necessary to use custom CSS on your site.
The Custom Design upgrade allows you to use a wider range of fonts, tweak theme colors, and even add custom CSS. You can learn more about it here:

Hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

I have ALREADY purchased CSS. I entered the line of code and nothing changed. I’m getting very frustrated with this. It is something simple I want to change. It also will not let me change the pixel size of my images under customize> CSS tab.

Hi there,
Sorry, I see that you have custom CSS active already.
I also noted that you switched themes recently (from Forever to Manifest) and the CSS I gave above will not work with that theme, as it is specific to the Forever theme.
I’m getting very frustrated with this. It is something simple I want to change.
I’m here to help, though changing the width of a site is not trivial, and can require a lot of CSS. With that in mind, it may be better to choose a theme that is already the width you like, as a starting point.
It also will not let me change the pixel size of my images under customize> CSS tab.
Not sure I understand. What images are you trying to change? Is this related with your desire to get the site to display full width rather than a narrower column?
If that is the case, then I definitely recommend starting with a theme that is already at (or close) to the final width you want, as the general media settings will be updated for you automatically to work with the theme you have active on your site.
Let me know if you need assistance choosing another theme or if you want to keep the theme you have, and I will be happy to help based on that.
Thanks!
