  Yes, you have to pay for the custom CSS, but you can preview things for free by going to design > edit CSS, putting your changes in and then clicking the “preview” button at the bottom of the page.

  You’re welcome. If you go to “upgrades” in your dashboard, it lists the costs for the various upgrades. 1 credit = $1.
