  Hey guys, I just bought the CSS Upgrade, and I am new to coding, does anyone have advice?
  I want my site to be “Ocean” themed, and using mostly blue colors.

  Yes.

  There is no official support for the CSS upgrade, meaning no staff help, and there are very, very few people in the support forum who know anything about it. You are therefore always best advised to try it out on the free preview and, once you know enough to make the changes look the way you want, THEN purchase the upgrade. If you’ve already purchased it, and don’t want to ask for a refund, then review the sticky posts on learning CSS:
