CSS Help needed ongoing for WP

  I teach my clients to use wordpress and oftent need help with css. I need someone to hire occasionally to help with customizing stylesheets. I would most likely create a photoshop layout for guidance. Please email me with your experience and skill level as well as hourly rates and how quickly projects can be turned around.
