  I wanted to add the css hero plugin for my site. But you’re telling me I need to upgrade to the business plan in order to add plugins. I already paid for this plugin so now I need a refund.

  What exactly would you like a refund for? The plugin you bought? If so, you should ask the plugin’s creators whether it can be refunded, not WordPress.
