CSS – I know it, my client doesn't and want to make this item easy for them. How?

While blogging my client wants to add a recipe that has a dotted border around it.
I can create a div for a recipe…easyrecipe. Then I will style it with css. But how can my client who doesn’t know html or css click on a button (?), Easy Recipe, write the recipe click ok and have it respond to the html div easy recipe and the css styles. How can I make this so the client can get the advantage of the html and css with out knowing either?

I assume I must change to wordpress.org to do this but then how? r can we stay in WordPress.com (we hope so!)?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

Unfortunately you’re right, there is not any functionality in place which would allow you to create a button or simple interface wherein your client could just go to input a recipe and click “OK” and then have it be inserted with a different CSS styling.

There are several different Recipe plugins which are available within WordPress.org. One of them might suit what you’re looking for!
