CSS images suddenly don’t show
-
Hi all, I haven’t made any CSS changes since early Feb and just yesterday all of the media images called from within the CSS don’t show up. I have several external links that do and images in my posts do. When I preview it from the CSS page they show up.
I wondered if for some reason the paths have changed but I can’t figure them out if they have. This is my CSS:
background:url(‘files/2010/02/blog_banner_design_12.png’) no-repeat;Anyone have any ideas about this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Ok, so for the quick fix I simply went in and added the full path to each image:
http://travelcompanionblog.files.wordpress.com/But why all of a sudden it stopped recognizing the paths I’ve been using for more than a year is beyond me.

I don’t have an answer to the “why”. Only Staff do but thanks for sharing your “fix” so others can try it as well. :)

We are looking into the problem and will let you know as soon as we have something to report.
Indeed, using the full URL and re-saving the CSS will fix this problem in the short term.
