CSS just stoped working!!

  well, it was just an illusion… it´s came back:

  MAIN PAGE displays ok.
  THE REST of the pages display without CSS at all.

  I’m still seeing all your pages with CSS just fine. I’m totally out of ideas and seriously puzzled.

  hi,

  can anybody make a try?? …just to connect to internet as i do, to see if CSS does work for you or not.

  connect your iphone to a mac, mode “share internet”, turn OFF 3G, …then enter my website or another one using your computer and check out all pages to see if CSS does or doesn’t work.

  I’m using Firefox 8 and I am seeing the CSS on all static Pages (parent pages). I don’t have the time to click into all the sub-pages.

  1. How are you connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com? The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers.

  2. Are you using http:// or https:// see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/

  3.Which browser and version of it are you using?

  4. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

  5. Is your browser version up to date? You can upgrade any browser version here.

  6. Do you have third party cookies enabled?

  7. Do you have JavaScript enabled?

  8. Do you have another browser you can try?

  9. You can use this link to see if your Flash is up to date. http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ If it’s not up to date then this is where to download and install the latest version of Flash. http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

  10. Have you had any recent operating system and/or security program updates?
  Sometimes operating system and/or security system updates can cause problems so check for known issues.

  I can’t tether from my my iPhone, so I cannot check. Your site looks fine on my iPhone though and on full theme view your custom CSS shows up just fine.

  hi and thanks for the answers.

  from iphone everything looks right, it’s when using it to get internet from your computer.

  1. i connect using my iphone to “share internet”, but i have no 3G, so it connects with normal line, i don’t know what’s a proxy jump!

  2. i am using http://

  3. my web looks fine when using wifi… in my computer i am using safary, firefox, opera, chrome,and also, using “parallels virtual machine”, explorer 8.

  4. yes, i have cleared all my cookies and cache.

  5. yes, all browsers are up to date.

  6. i do have third party cookies enabled.

  7. i do have JavaScript enabled.

  8. i’ve tryed everyone.

  9. my flash is up to date.

  10. i haven’t had any recent operating system and/or security program updates.

  —> when i press “preview” from my CSS stylesheet editor everything looks fine.

  —> main page looks fine.

  —> the rest of the pages look without CSS effect at all.

  thank you a lot for such a detailed list of possible causes of the problem.

  The issue is on the tethering and I’m not sure what to tell you about that. If that is the only time you have the issue, then there is something going on in that process.

  I have no clues. You have tried everything any of us could suggest with no resolution.
