CSS not active

Help! I keep sending messages through the regular help source, but no one responds. I purchased the Custom Design upgrade yesterday, but it’s not active. What do I have to do to activate it? I have an email acknowledging that the purchase was made, and the money was charged to my account.

Thanks for reporting this. I’ll look at the transactions on your account right now. Could you let me know if the email you received was formatted correctly? Did it have a total amount and a Transaction ID?

Below is the confirmation email I received yesterday. My account was definitly charged the $30, but as you can see, it doesn’t have the transaction ID:

Thanks tons. I was able to find the transaction and I’ve added the custom design upgrade for you. We’re also looking into what may have caused the trouble.
