CSS not editable?

I dot know but whenever i try to edit css on my site on every thing i ever used it just doesnt change! I edited s couple of css of other people on other site but mine just doest edit! Any help please?

the staff never answer back, oh and when i got the upgrade, the line that says Dashboard, post and all that stuff (you know, the gray one) is now glitched! Its mixed with the old one (the blue one)

Support is quite busy, and they take care of support requests in the order they were received. When they get to yours, they will take care of it.

they say its free to preview a css on a theme, but you cant save it for real use.
But I can’t see where you can preview the css and the section where you should be able to put in the codes does not exist on none upgraded users?
