CSS not showing up in Dashboard?!?

  Hey guys i cant find Css anywhere.. i downloaded the new version of WordPress deleted everything from host and did it fresh… All i got new was “widgets” when i click Presentation… Can somone please help me?

  Im sorry.. Custom CSS… Im trying to Change the color of my posts…. and this is the only way!!

  But for some reason it doesn’t show up anywhere.

  do you have a wp.com blog or a self-hosted blog? did you purchase the css upgrade?

  i have a selfhosted blog by hostgator. I am trying to buy the upgrade but cant find it anywhere when i got to http://www.domain.com/wp-admin

  If you read that thread, you’ll see you do NOT need to buy anything. With an independent WP blog, you can tinker away without paying for this. These upgrades only apply to blogs hosted by WordPress.com.
