CSS not working

  Hello everyone,

  I use SNAPS theme and my problem is that when I edit the CSS in “Customize theme” I can see the effect straightaway.
  However when I open it on another tab or browser, the CSS doesn’t work. I have tried to clear all the cache as well but that doesn’t help.

  Do you have either the grandfathered Custom Design upgrade (purchased prior to 1 Sept 2014) or the Premium bundle that includes the Custom Design upgrade?

  Without that paid annual upgrade, you can only preview your CSS changes, not save them.
