CSS or HTML for space between lines of text?

  How can I change amount of space between lines of text?
  When I hit enter, I simply want to go to the next line, but every time I do hit Enter, an entire line is skipped (similar to double spacing in Word)
  Is there a way to change this and if so, it is a CSS issue or can I use HTML?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
