CSS PLEASE HELP

Well, i payed for -edit CSS-. And i have css code for my own theme on wordpress. I pasted it on the text of edit css and then the theme is not look like the original, the theme which is running in my site is been a sh**. !! please help me how to paste a css code of other theme for wordpress.

That will not work. Custom CSS is for editing (styling) the existing CSS of existing themes. CSS is the style. CSS is NOT the theme. You can not ‘import’ a theme by using CSS.

When you say “css code for my own theme” do you mean that the css was for a different theme than the one you are trying to apply it to?
If so, that will not work. CSS is theme specific and tied to the underlying theme files, so you have to modify the CSS for the theme you are actually using. Each theme author decides what they are going to call things in the CSS.

That is correct although the Sandbox themes (sandbox 10 recommended) are completely wide open and there are people here that have done some really amazing things with Sandbox. Again though, you have to start with the CSS from that theme, or perhaps get one of the many sandbox “skins” that others have developed and work from that. Just make sure if you do this that you get a “skin” that is designed for the version of sandbox that you are using. The lastest version here is 1.0 (sandbox-10).
Google “sandbox competition” and you will get a site with many skins for sandbox. And there is also this site: http://sandboxskins.wordpress.com/ .
