CSS problem for Sandbox theme in IE and Firefox

    Is there anyone can help me about padding, float, and margin in IE and Firefox and which one i should use. Because the results always different between those browsers especially if im using pixe(i’ve already heard about padding bug, margin bug and such thing in IE but i just want to know if my question is related to css bugs in IE)
