Please note this. When you alter a theme’s stylesheet, you only need to put in the Editor the modification/additions to the CSS, not the entire thing. Read this for more info: http://csswiz.wordpress.com/2009/10/15/if-you-have-the-wp-com-css-upgrade/
Also note that there is no official Staff support for the CSS upgrade, and precious little Volunteer support, I recommend that you don’t buy the upgrade unless you have at least moderate understanding of HTML and CSS because you must be prepared to do the work on your own.
CSS is theme specific here at wordpress.com so you cannot use the CSS stylesheets from other themes with the themes here at wordpress.COM.. If you have CSS editing experience, you can get the paid custom CSS upgrade and renew it annually. It will allow you to stylize the appearance of themes you find here > Appearance > Themes, but it does not allow you to change the functionality, by editing the underlying template. It does not allow you to remove footer links to the theme designer or to wordpress.com. Also note that CSS is theme specific, Please be patient and consult tutorials found here and download the required tools while waiting for a Volunteer to help you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-css/#css-help

Thanks so much the piece is superb helpful.
But at the moment how can i reset the whole thing back to 1st step?
I was try to do it at CSS Revisions but there isnt and record for me to do.Many many many thanks!!
-
To ‘reset’ a theme, you need to delete the CSS in the Editor, make sure the “add to existing CSS” radio button is checked, then save. Things should go back to normal.
When you alter a theme’s stylesheet, you only need to put in the Editor the modification/additions to the CSS, not the entire thing.

Super thanks for your help!
I have deleted the CSS already but WU WEI theme still doesnt work,
while the other themes look fine.SO is this wu wei theme “crashed” or something?
Many thanks for your patient. -
I am sorry but I do not know know the answer to that question. There is no Staff support for the CSS upgrade. there is only 1 Volunteer who helps when he can and from time to times others may help. I do not help with CSS. You have to patiently wait until that 1 Volunteer logs in and answers all the CSS threads before your was posted. That may be hours from now or maybe not even until tomorrow.

Your site looks fine to me in Safari and in Firefox.
Log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then take another look.

I have check the site with another pc using firefox and google brower.
The PAGE (Home/About) is stilling missing…only on Wu Wei Theme…
Is there any method to fix this? Many Many Thanks for everyone’s help!!

nah…i copied and pasted the entire original stylesheet into the CSS editor by mistake. After i deleted the whole thing, the site went back to basic but missing the PAGE top bit.I didnt add any CSS afterwards…the PAGE is there when i shifted to other themes but just not WU WEI anymore.
Many thanksss :)

OK, go back to the CSS edit window, make sure that “add to existing…” is selected, make sure NOTHING is in the CSS edit text area and click “save stylesheet.”
-
When doing CSS here, do not paste the entire stylesheet. Only put in the exact selectors, and the specific declarations that you are adding or changing. For example if you were going to change the background color in the body section and your body section looked like this
body { background-color: #FFFFFF; color: #516064; font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 75%; margin: 0; padding: 0; text-align: center; }All you want to add is this
body { background-color: #FFFFFF; }Pasting the entire stylesheet will for one thing break all the relative URLs in the stylesheet since your custom stylesheet is saved in a totally different location.

Yes thank you for the pieces it really helps me to understand more about this CSS editor thingy. But the thing is now….i have deleted EVERYTHING at the editor (“add to existing…” is selected)…and everything is supposed to be back to basic right? but no…the PAGE tabs (home/ About) are gone!
Im wondering if there’s any ways to save this before giving up this theme?Supppppper thanks for the info and help!!!!

Go to appearance > menu. In the upper left in the theme location module, is there anything set as the primary location in the pulldown?
-
If there is something chosen in that pulldown, click on the pulldown and select the blank spot at the top of the pulldown and click the save button. Your page tabs should come back.
What you will have to do if you want a custom menu is to actually put the pages into that menu and then save the menu and then set your newly created menu as the “primary navigation” in the theme locations module.
I’ve got to go to bed, it is almost midnight here and I’m tired.

God Thats it!! Many many thanks for all your patients here!!
Your guys are really helpful!! :) -
