CSS Refund

    Hello!
    I bought a CSS Upgrade like 3 weeks ago and haven’t used it at all because it is not what I thought it was. When I bought it I thought I would be able to upload a custom theme to my blog. But now that I know what the upgrade is for, please excuse me for the inconvenience I might have caused and offer me a refund for it.
    I am not into programming at all and having this upgrade is useless for me.

    If you’ve waited three weeks, you can wait a little longer. Staff is on retreat until the 19th. Once they are back, contact them through your dashboard.

    Yeah I can wait but the 30 days expire on the 11th which is tomorrow. Can I still get a refund after the 30 days have passed?

    This is a peer support forum where your fellow bloggers volutarily answer questions. Volunteers do not have any authoirty when it comes to refunds. All we can do is point you to support documentation for upgrades, and refunds, and provide the link for contacting Staff.

    In the case of the CSS upgrade do take note that wordpress.com provides a preview function specifically so wp.com bloggers can try before they buy.
    Appearance → Edit CSS tab on your dashboard.

    You can’t upload themes made of PHP or HTML files (which means most WordPress themes). This is for security and compatibility reasons. The only exceptions are for VIP bloggers. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-css/

    They also provide a link you can use request the refund yourself directly from your Dashboard. When Staff are available again you can reach them bu using this link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

    Most likely you can. It’s not guaranteed, but it’s reasonable to assume that 30 days includes the normal number of business days, and I’ve seen staff extend the deadlines when they go away before
