CSS: simple question

  Css changes are not displaying in preview, or taking effect. When I make the following change in the inspect element area, (see AS IS and WAY I WANT IT below) it works. But when I enter that same revised html in the Appearance > CSS window, it doesn’t take effect on the page. Doesn’t show in the Preview. Doesn’t affect the Leave a Comment option at all. I want it removed.

  AS IS: Leave a comment

  WAY I WANT IT: “http://markdubowskidotcom.wordpress.com/2014/09/19/test-post/?csspreview=true#respond” {display: none;}

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, it worked. I think the page was cached in my browser and refreshing brought up the old, because when I closed out and redirected to the page, changes were in effect. :)
