  Ok, I’m looking for style sheets so I can edit my blog to the layout I want. Every place I go to requires me to download a TXT file but I can’t figure out how to put it on. This is the layout I want

  Is your blog hosted on WordPress.com? If so, you can’t edit the CSS without the paid CSS upgrade, and you cannot simply apply style sheets you have found elsewhere; they have to be specially adapted for Sandbox here on WP.com.
