CSS stylesheet missing

Your file is at this link:
http://s1.wp.com/?custom-css=1&csblog=cQiQ&cscache=5&csrev=26
I can tell from the code of your page. this is the normal way to tell if there is a style sheet attached or not.

Actually, how did you see that my customisation file is empty? When I look in my dashboard, it’s got everything in it (378 lines long).
Please make a copy of it in text file on your hard disk just in case the systems people decide to upload a fresh theme to rectify the problem.

It isn’t a theme issue, and wordpress updates to the themes would not in anyway delete custom CSS since the custom CSS for each user is stored in the MySQL database, not with the theme files.
That said, it is always a good idea to keep a copy in a plain text file on your computer just in case.
I suspect that AutoMATTic are rolling out select sections of wordpress 3.4, or rolling out changes in preparation for the upgrade to 3.4 and they have introduced a bug.

Could everyone please check your Custom CSS is loading properly now?
We had an issue where older versions of CSS files were loading—it’s fixed now. Sorry for the trouble.

Woohoo! Thanks heaps, it’s definitely all better now :-)
I’ll have a go at updating my widgets as well, to see if that works again as well.

@bengalsadmin, I see you fixed your background image issue with this:
body.custom-background { background-position:center 130px; }Nice work! If you need any further help, please start a new thread in the CSS Customization forum.
