css styling

  Hi guys – hoping someone can help. I can’t get my site’s title to show proper css styling. Black ops one is my preference but it either shows cursive or comic sans for some reason. Thoughts? I use cloudflare and WP Rocket in case that helps. Its only happening in logged out UX.
