CSS that hides text over an image (cover block) when the cursor hovers over it

  As title suggests – I want images on my website that display text overlayed on top using the cover block. What I would then like is a way to hide that text when the cursor hovers over that cover block.

  Is this possible? Either CSS or a work around?
