CSS Themes and Auto-Formatting Posts

Hello Everyone,
I am about to start a blog here. I will be posting ALOT of information. I wanted to know that if I Copy>Paste incoming posts from a Word document, will they>can they be formatted automatically? Are there CSS associated with posts? If not, can I/ do I need to upgrade?
Since I will be starting this blog fairly soon, I would appreciate any and all of the assistance you can provide me! Thanks!

The “f” is what you can use without purchasing a css upgrade which is only for changing your blog’s appearance. -
@blakelybear: I am sorry to appear thick but what is *Word* ? Is it a program? Is it free? Do I need a license? Do a lot of people use it? What is it all about?

I believe blakelybear could be referring to Microsoft Word (a word processing program that comes with Windows that many people use) and, I expect blakelybear to correct me if I’m wrong.
