CSS Twenty Twelfe: table of contens as UL, not OL

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi
I want to use Table of contents on my pages, example https://primoviews.org/wishlist
    but I would like to
    – use UL instead of OL = a bullet list instead of a numbered list
(Or just suppress the numbers in the list without showing bullets)
    – make the font of the table of contents smaller

    Thank you
    Manuela

PS – don’t know why but I couldn’t start this thread directly in the CSS forum, the button “Add new” was only visible on the general forum page.

If you’re using the Table of Contents block, you wouldn’t be able to modify the behavior using CSS. I would recommend you create your own list with links if you want to use an unordered list instead.

The CSS forum has been closed for new topics, but is still available for searching and reference.

    I hope that clarifies things!

Thank you heroponriki. The CSS forum was a great help, what was the reason for closing it?

  • Hi there,

We discovered that most folks would ask their questions in the main forum rather than the specific sub-forum, even though we offered them for a time. So we phased those out so nobody would have to stress about whether they posted their question in “the right place” or not.

If you need a hand, regardless of the type of question, you can let us know here, thanks!
