CSS upgrade questions

  With the upgrade will I be able to:
  *change link colors
  *add color to the text container for posts and/or pages
  *change title colors
  *change text colors in the style sheet not as I go
  What if I can’t figure out what to look for in the theme’s CSS in Inspect Element mode? In other words, will you help me write the code: I think yes…

  I did change to a fluid layout theme instead of fixed width. I am now using Twenty Twelve.

  I was able to use selectors in Colors & Backgrounds to change links to colors of my choosing. Yay! Also allowed me to change the color when hovering.
