CSV export plugin not working

  My export to CSV is not working. I keep getting this:
  Export Failed

  Could not open the export file /home/waltera3/public_html/wp-content/uploads/csv_exports/58b47b13e00c96.61161927-orders-export-2017_02_27_14_16_35.csv for writing

  What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you are referring to please?

  This is wordpress.COM support. We cannot answer any questions posted here accurately until we have the relevant URL and have confirmed hosting.
